Given the exclusive nature of our sessions we are unable to provide a refund. If you need to reschedule please reach out to us 72 hours prior to your session, failing to do so means you forfeit your chance to reschedule.

Please choose carefully. All sales are final. We are unable to provide refund for a change of mind. If your kit is damaged then a refund can be provided on a case by case basis depending on the amount of damage (outer box being damaged vs the actual figurines being damaged).

Shipping

Please allow upto 5 working days for your order to be shipped and 7 working days for it to be delivered. NZ Post is our carrier so their terms and conditions apply. Free Shipping is only applicable within NZ.
