Are your events private or public?
We offer both private and public group sessions. If you are coming alone booking a ticket into our group session is a great option as you will get to meet other Escapees. If you are in a group of 2 or more you can opt for our private sessions.
How long is the experience?
Most of our session are 45min of fun with 10 min for closing out.
What should I wear?
While we will give you protective clothing, we recommend you wear clothes that welcome a splash of paint given the fun and creative nature of our session. The paint is washable within a day.
When will my artwork be ready?
You artwork will need 3-4 days to fully dry. We will contact you once it’s ready for pickup and it must be picked up within 5 days of us reaching out.
Can you courier my artwork?
Yes, we can courier your artwork at an additional cost to you.
What happens if I can’t pickup within 5 days of receiving the email?
Given the lack of storage on premises it is essential that you pickup within 5 days of us reaching out. If you are unable to and we do not hear back from you, your artwork will be destroyed.
Should I book in advance?
Booking is essential for smooth running of our Escape session. Please ensure you buy your tickets online and contact us if you have any questions.
What is included?
Depending on the session, the feed include the canvas/bear, paints and protective gear.
What if I don’t have prior experience?
Our escape are entered our entertainment, creativity and freedom. You do not need any prior knowledge as our artists are here to guide you for your session. All you need to do is bring your energy and excitement to the session.
What is the age restriction for the Colour Burst session?
There is an 18+ age restriction for the colour burst session however kids under 18 are allowed with parental supervision.
